These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the FightSwipe app and services. By using FightSwipe, you agree to these Terms.

You must be 13+ to use FightSwipe. Users under 18 must have guardian permission.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for your account, login credentials, and all activity on it.

3. User Conduct

• No illegal, harmful, or abusive behavior.
• No impersonation or harassment.
• No content that is sexually explicit, hateful, or promotes violence.

4. Predictions

FightSwipe allows users to make fight picks using a swipe-based interface. This feature is for fun and entertainment purposes only.

5. Groups & Leaderboards

Users may create groups and view leaderboards. These features are for fun and social engagement only.

6. Payments

FightSwipe does not process, enforce, or guarantee payments between users. Any money transfers are conducted voluntarily using third-party platforms.

7. Messaging & Content

You are responsible for content you post. FightSwipe may moderate content to enforce its policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All assets, trademarks, and designs belong to FightSwipe Inc. You may not reuse them without permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms at our discretion.

10. Legal

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
